Helaine Blum
CEO & Co-Founder

A licensed attorney, Helaine co-founded Pathlight HOME alongside Rev. Fred Maxwell almost 30 years ago. Always finding ways to support the homeless community throughout Florida, she helped create Central Florida’s Homeless Services Network in 1993 and served as their Treasurer, President, and Interim Executive Director. She also served as past Treasurer and President of the Florida Coalition for the Homeless. Recently she was honored as one of Orlando Business Journal's Women Who Mean Business for 2020.

Babette Allen
President

Babette has served on Pathlight HOME’s senior leadership team since 2007. She has 25 years of experience in property management serving low-income and chronically homeless individuals.

Along with her Master's in Business Administration, Babette has completed training with the National Center for Housing Management and has a variety of HUD-specific certifications. In 2017, she was honored with the Lowell Stafford Community Leadership Award by Miracle of Love for her commitment to the prevention and education of HIV/AIDS.
