Tropical Storm Nicole Update – November 10, 2022
Due to Tropical Storm Nicole, we are experiencing power outages at Maxwell Garden Apartments. We understand that utility companies are working to restore power as quickly and safely as possible. Maxwell Garden, Maxwell Terrace and Pathways Drop In Center will all reopen for regular operating hours tomorrow, November 11th. Our team will begin clean up of any debris on property when back on property tomorrow. If you have any maintenance requests, please report them to the front office at your earliest convenience.
Tropical Storm Nicole Update – November 9, 2022
Due to Tropical Storm Nicole, offices at Maxwell Terrace and Maxwell Garden, as well as Pathways Drop In Center will be closing today at 4pm. All locations will remain closed tomorrow, Nov.10. We will continue to monitor the storm and provide updates as available.
Tropical Storm Ian Update – October 3, 2022
Maxwell Garden: All power has been restored and we are working on finalizing cleanup of debris around the community.
Maxwell Terrace: All power has been restored. Technicians were onsite today and will be back this Wednesday to address and repair hot water and A/C issues caused by the storm. Our property management team will also be visiting impacted units to assess drywall and door damages.
Tropical Storm Ian Update – September 30, 2022
As we wait for power to be fully restored at our communities, our team is currently preparing meals for residents at Maxwell Terrace Apartments and Maxwell Garden Apartments, along with the Pathways Drop-In Center.
Maxwell Terrace: Available for pickup this afternoon at the community entrance on John Young Parkways at 3 p.m.
Maxwell Gardens: To be delivered by our team members.
Pathways: Available for pickup this afternoon between 1-3pm.

Due to Tropical Storm Ian, we are experiencing power outages at Maxwell Terrace Apartments, Maxwell Garden Apartments and Pathways Drop-In Center. Power outages are widespread, and we understand that utility companies are working to restore power as quickly and safely as possible.
